Sanella is a brand of German margarine. It dates from 1904 and was launched by Mr Van le Bergh to Clèves.
Vegetarians were especially targeted. During the second world war it is
the only brand that had to be officially sold according to law. Then Margarine Union put it back on the market in 1948.
The series date from the 50's.
They go from the unfinished girl to the most consequent. We often find
them here and there in small lots of figurines. It is almost certain
that there is a French resumption. For that matter, in 1948, the
revival of the brand announced the "Universal Margarine".
Nowadays, this brand still exists and Unilever is the owner.
